Everything Bagel Egg Sandwich with Banana Nut Smoothie Bowl

this was my go to breakfast while i was home, i didn’t really sleep much over break so it’s kinda a lunch combo and very simple. ingredients: everything bagel, 2 eggs, smoked paprika, everything but the bagel seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, truffle powder seasoning, avocado, espresso maker, espresso grounds, frozen bananas, cinnamon, honey, oat milk, peanut butter protein powder, almond butter, hempseeds, chia seeds and blueberries.

first i start by grabbing oat milk, frozen bananas, peanut butter protein powder, almond butter, and hempseeds. i blend everything together based on how thick i want my smoothie bowl. i made mine to fit inside a half pint major jar. but you could turn this into a full smoothie as well, it’s up to you. i used a little over half of a frozen banana, a tablespoon of almond butter, half a scoop of protein powder and sprinkled in hempseeds to my desire. with the oat milk i added around 250 ML, you can decide how thick you want it as you blend too. once I finished blending everything together i poured it into my glass and stuck it in the fridge.

then i began frying my two eggs together and seasoning them with everything but the bagel seasoning, course black pepper, salt, smoked paprika, and a dash of garlic powder, onion powder, and truffle powder seasoning. while i am cooking my eggs i put my everything bagel in the toaster and cut my avocado in half. i like my eggs a little bit runny so i turn the stove top off once my egg is cooked to my desire. if you have an espresso machine you can use that but i have an instant stovetop espresso maker. so i just turn on another stovetop and set my espresso maker on top while i finish making my bagel. i spread a thick layer of avocado on top of my bagel topped with a lot of black pepper, and a dash of onion powder, garlic power, smoked paprika and the tiniest bit of salt. i repeat this on the other side of the bagel and set my warm egg on one side. then i take out my smoothie bowl and drizzle honey, sprinkle cinnamon and chia seeds and add some blueberries to the top. by then my espresso is finished and i pour it into the cutest little espresso mug ever. and all done! v simple breakfast that is very filling and energizing for the day : )
